Our Company offers janitorial office cleaning services based on the needs of each client.
Services include:

The frequency of service depends on the type of business and the amount of traffic in the building. We may recommend frequency of once a week, twice a week, three times a week or 5 times a week.
Our staff is professionally trained. For quality control, our supervisors perform regular inspections and review those inspections with employees who work in the building.
To save you time and money, we can manage your restroom supplies and trash can liners. We will provide you with a price quote on all your supplies and then replenish those supplies as necessary, no need for you to place orders or pick up supplies from other vendors, we handle it all for you.
Construction Cleaning
Jeenesa Cleaning Services provides construction cleaning services for building contractors, owners and managers.
If you’re a building contractor and need a cleaning contractor to partner with, we can handle all phases of construction clean up from the initial broom out to the final detail cleaning.
If you’re a building owner or manager and are doing some remodeling in your office, just give us a call or schedule an appointment below and we’ll work with you on getting the space ready for occupancy. If you’re going to be moving into a new building, we can move with you and provide the construction clean up at the new site so you’re ready to move in on time. Construction Clean-up General Scope:
- Kitchen Refrigerator, sink and oven will be cleaned inside and out.
- Ceiling fans, floor and ceiling vents and return covers will be cleaned
- Sawdust and drywall dust will be removed from walls and ceilings
- Fixtures including sconce-type will be cleaned inside and out
- Interior of cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed to remove dust in corners
- Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails and moldings will be wiped down
- Horizontal surfaces including counter tops will be wiped clean
- Mirrors, porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished
- Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in designated location
- Window tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust
- Baseboards, ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches will be cleaned
- Restroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, showers and tubs will be cleaned
- Kitchen sink, counter tops, and exterior of appliances will be cleaned
- Hard floors will be vacuumed, dust mopped or swept
- Hard floors will be wet mopped
- Carpeted areas including edges will be vacuumed using detail attachment

Resilient floors come in many textures, colors and styles. These products are manufactured in two styles: sheet and tile.
VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)
Sheet vinyl
VCT Vinyl Composition Tile
VCT comes in 12” tiles, is a porous floor material that can hold up well to strong alkalines, acid, and solvent spills and spots if cleaned up right away. Manufacturers recommend waiting 5 days after installation before doing any maintenance to the flooring. When sealing or applying floor finish to a new VCT floor, the factory finish needs be removed. VCT tile must be sealed with a sealer or sealer/finish.

Sheet Vinyl
Sheet vinyl comes in 6’ to 12’ widths, available in many colors and styles. It is installed in both commercial and residential locations. The seams are chemically welded or heat welded. The flooring can be easily scratched. It is resistant to solvents, acid and alkaline spots when cleaned up right away. Sheet vinyl can be sealed with a sealer or a sealer/finish.

Stone Floors
Many commercial buildings are now installing stone floors such as ceramic tile, granite, marble and terrazzo. Although these floors may not need the frequent care that resilient tile floors need, they still need to be maintained regularly in order to keep the stone and grout looking good. If not maintained properly, the floor and grout will start to look dull and dirty.
We will recommend a floor care program that is safe for the type of flooring you have in your building. The program we recommend will depend on traffic levels and desired appearance.
Marble flooring
Marble is a metamorphic stone and is one of the most expensive floor coverings made. Marble is a re-crystallized limestone and can be identified by the veins running through it. Marble is soft and scratches easily, and acid products will etch the floor.

Granite flooring
Granite is an igneous stone and contains many different minerals such as quartz, feldspar and potassium. Granite is very hard, tough and durable, but it stains easily if not sealed. It must be sealed with a penetrating sealer.

- Travertine Flooring:
Travertine is a sedimentary stone, which has a lot of holes in it and must be filled with a synthetic resin or cement based product. Travertine most often has a honed finish but will have a floor finish on it. If a ical coating is applied it should be a water-based finish and be specifically made for natural stone.

Slate flooring
Slate is a metamorphic stone, which comes in common colors such as black, gray, and green. It will have many finishes such as sand, rubbed and honed. Slate is porous and should be sealed. It will often have floor finish applied as well.

Terrazzo flooring
Terrazzo was very popular in the 1950’s and 1960’s and we saw a comeback in the 1990’s. Terrazzo is made of 30% Portland cement mixed with about 70% marble or granite chips. It is available in 12” x 12” and 4’ x 4’ squares. Terrazzo can be sealed with an impregnator sealer or finished with a ical product.

Wood Floors
Solid Wood Flooring
Solid wood flooring is one complete piece of wood from to bottom. It comes in strip sizes of 2” to 3” wide at random lengths or plank sizes that are 3” or 8” wide in a fixed or random width and length. Both are 3/4” thick with a wear layer of 1/8”.

- Parquet wood flooring:
Parquet wood flooring is usually a 12” x 12” square with endless choices of geometric designs such as standard, herringbone or Fontainebleau.

Engineered wood flooring
Engineered wood flooring comes in 3 to 5 layers of wood, laminated together with a cross-grain lamination construction that makes it more dimensionally stable (it does not expand and contract like a solid wood floor). Engineered wood flooring comes with a pre-finish that will not need any initial sanding or finish required. It can be screened once.

Laminate wood flooring
Laminate wood flooring is made from several layers of wood by-products bonded together under pressure. There is a surface layer in which a picture can be applied to the and sealed with an aluminum oxide finish.
Laminate wood flooring is easy to clean, difficult to stain, durable and long lasting if given proper care. It cannot be refinished and requires no sealer or finish.

Concrete Floors
Concrete is one of the least expensive floor types, yet it can take on a designer style and made to resemble brick, marble, wood, slate and many other floor types. Concrete can be stained, stamped, stenciled, dyed, painted and polished.

Ceramic Tile
Ceramic tile floors are installed in residential and commercial buildings, indoors and out. Ceramic tile floors come in many different shapes, sizes and colors. They are very durable and after the initial cleaning and sealing with an impregnator or penetrating sealer they can be low maintenance floors. ical coating can be applied to un-glazed ceramic tile flooring.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
First impressions count when it comes to the cleanliness of your building. If customers or prospective employees walk into your office and see dirty carpet, it creates a negative impression of your business.
In order to keep up the appearance of your building and keep your carpet from becoming damaged prematurely, the carpet mills recommend you clean the carpet at least once per year; sometimes more depending on traffic.
As part of our cleaning proposal, we will make recommendations on the frequency and type of carpet cleaning your carpet should receive.
Jeenesa Cleaning Services provides three types of carpet cleaning:
Hot water extraction
Carpet cleaning is recommended by the carpet mills. Other types of carpet cleaning (like dry chemical cleaning) may void the warranty. For most office buildings we recommend hot water extraction carpet cleaning once per year.
Bonnet
carpet cleaning is interim cleaning, which will keep your carpets looking fresh and clean throughout the year. We usually recommend bonnet carpet cleaning of traffic lanes six months after hot water extraction.
Encapsulation
carpet cleaning is another type of interim cleaning, which we may recommend depending on your situation.

Commercial Window Cleaning
Sparking windows are a reflection of your business. As your full-service building service contractor, we will wash your windows both inside and out, up to a two-story building.
When you receive your window washing quote, we will suggest a schedule for washing the windows in your building. In most commercial buildings, outside windows will be washed more frequently than inside windows.
